Our client, a British multinational insurance company and a leading life and pensions provider is looking to consolidate and expand their office space into the Hoxton area. They had purchased and were looking to refurbish a number of buildings. This was the first of those buildings and consists of the total refurbishment of an existing building which has a front and rear 3 storey section separated by a single storey centre section. The centre section was demolished and rebuilt to 4 storeys, whilst adding an additional floor to the front and rear sections.
